This is a one-day show. Exhibitors must be ready at 9 am and remain open during all show hours. Check in at the table for booth assignment and a packet. Tables (if needed) will be in place on Friday. The building will be locked overnight. Tables must be covered on top and all 4 sides to the floor (sheets are not permitted). Exhibitors need to bring their own chairs.
APPLICATIONS:
This is a sculpting festival. All exhibited items must be hand-crafted by the exhibitor.
Applications should be received no later than September 1, 2025.
Exhibitors must sign the Agreement on the Application Form. All Show applicants are requested to submit pictures representative of their work and their booth setup with their application. The Show Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and/or display, and is the final authority on all show policies.
SALES:
Sales are permitted. THE WSM TAKES NO COMMISSION ON SALES. Sales tax is the responsibility of exhibitors. If you do not possess an Okla. tax permit, you will be required to submit a tax report to the Okla. Tax Commission. WSM will provide the form and instructions in your exhibitor packet.

Exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their art in their booths where possible. Exhibitors will be given times for their demonstrations by the committee and times will be posted for the public.
